@sstuppylawson yes it includes both. They are sealed in the package. I’ll add photos of the labels and where one corner of the plastic is open.

@sstuppylawson no idea on the official color as I bought them from here and reposh’d the listing. I wanted them to match my sons heathered gray quilt and thought they would but these have a green tint
