Pottery Barn Kids Flamingo Cover Up

Super cute and I don’t know that we ever used it! No tag with size, but I’d say it’s a 2T, but could fit a little smaller or bigger since it’s a cover up, it actually still fits my 3T wearing daughter! (See picture)
