cely714 Hi there, I received my package of the pottery barn crib mesh liner. I noticed it’s missing the other half of a 2 panel set. I only received 1 panel and that only covers half the crib. This makes this item unusable. Do you have the 2nd panel? Otherwise I will have to return it or file a claim. Thank you in advance.

I wish I had access to just refund you but without assistance I’m unable to. Is it possible you can go to the sale and request a refund from your side?

I’ve requested to allow a return,followed by request to please allow a full refund, also tried to follow up with another Customer Support email and this will be the fourth request and I have not heard anything back from customer service. Myself and the buyer are frustrated because I would like to give her a full refund since the product is missing a panel. No return is necessary. Thank you for understanding. Please credit her for a full refund.

therosehouse @cely714 I just sent the message that I posted requesting for the fourth time. I’ve never had this problem with Poshmark. They usually contact within 1 to 3 business days, but I have heard nothing.
