Stunning REAL velvet black vintage 1980s skirt by Potomac Collection. This gorgeous 80s piece features several pleats around, a back zipper closure with fabric covered button, and handy side pockets! As shown in the photos, there is a little white X on the lower back hem area. There is also a button in the middle and some stitching across the top of the back kick slit. The sizing is the 80s sizing, see measurements: Waist: 15.5" Hips: 21.5" Length: 25" ALL OFFERS ALWAYS CONSIDERED!
