Postsecret! Where people would send in their secrets, regrets, or just want to vent to someone anonymously on a post card and author frank warren would publish them all in his books or website. It gave people a chance to reach out and feel a sense of relief. Sometimes it helped people who felt the same, knowing there was someone else who was the same way.
