Cute stand-up collar & cap sleeves are edged in ruffled black crepe that's doubled around the V neck & button-front placket. Fabric is non-stretch 60% rayon 40% silk blend. Waistband has gathered elastic (stretch belt shown in photos is not original to the dress). Measured flat, buttoned. Length from Shoulder Seam=36". Bust=19". Waist, side to side= 13" unstretched 17" stretched. Hip, side to side=19"
