@sweetbreads This is the notification that I received from the mail carrier. I emailed this to PoshMark Customer Service and got this in response:
"We are unable to view the tracking number on this receipt. We request you to provide a picture of the parcel along with the tracking number on it, so that we may further assist you."
I emailed again over 24 hours ago to reiterate that I have neither a receipt nor the package. No response yet.

@ncpsych I too emailed them. I explained that I mailed it in a flat rate box with their mailing label. I have not heard back from them. I've never had this happen, therefore I did not take a picture before I mailed it. Lesson learned. I'll let you know if I hear anything.

@sweetbreads Thanks for following up with them, too. Taking a photo of the package before mailing is a good idea; I haven't been doing that either, but should probably start. If this was shipped in a Flat Rate box, rather than a regular Priority Mail box, that may be the problem. A Small Flat Rate Box is $6.80 and a Medium is $13.45. I will let you know when I hear back from them.

@ncpsych I was told that it did not matter the box... Only the label. It was a flat rate priority box. I've used the same box size several times without issue. If you want, you can reject it from the post office. They will mail it back to me. I will let you know and resend it. Let me know what works best for you.

@sweetbreads Hi. Still no response from the second email I sent to PoshMark Customer Service. I left a note for my mail carrier yesterday to inform her that I would not pay the additional shipping fee and that the package should be returned to sender. I emailed PoshMark Customer Service again yesterday to notify them of that action. As a result of the shipping issue, I also requested that they cancel this order and issue a refund.

@ncpsych I am sorry for the issue. When I receive it and take it directly to my Post Office to find out the issue. If you like, I'll set up a new listing for you. Again, terribly sorry for all the issues, this has never happened before.

@sweetbreads No, thank you. PoshMark Customer Service replied to my email today. They asked that I notify them once the package status is updated, so that they can cancel the order and move forward with my refund.

Hi Amy , I didn’t know how else to get you . You just purchased a bundle from me and I been looking for the Skechers today . I think they got confused with a pair of blue and white Aeropostale shoes . I can cancel your order and list the other blue and let you look . I am deeply deeply sorry ! The wedges are adorable !
