alas, I was too ambitious and my hips were too big for the dress. I'd say it is maybe closer to a size 4. Positively Ellyn vintage vintage 1980’s gorgeous two tone black and white ruffled velvet formal cocktail mini dress. Women’s size 6. White bodice with sheer dramatic ruffle collar. Sheer puffy sleeves secured with faux pearl button at cuff. Faux pearl buttons down back bodice. High waisted black velvet skirt. Zipper enclosure down back. Small stain in back of skirt but barely visible. Overall great condition. An elegant yet fierce piece to add to your collection. Gently used. Great vintage condition.
