mlhoffmeier @pomeranian567 hi there ! Ok added some pictures so you could see, but bust is 21" from top of shoulder to bottom of dress is 40 1/2 " and no shoulder pads . Hope this helps . Marcy

It is just so soft, I do not know how to describe. You are welcome to buy, if not happy with fabric, I will refund your money .
