Poshmark Excess Shipping Fees - Remember, any additional shipping costs for packages over 5 pounds are paid for by the seller and will be automatically deducted from your earnings/credits. - for example, if I (seller) pays for 5 lbs excess weight it is $19.95. If we work together, and buyer pays for 5 lbs shipping, it’s $6.79. Meaning, I’ll work with a buyer on price and/or bundles but I can’t cover $20 in excess shipping.

iloveaerobics @angpink hopefully this explains a little more. The box is a little over 9 lbs. If I pay the excess shipping, it is $19.95. If you purchase an additional label $6.49. That's why I reduced the price so much is to compensate for the $6.49. Have you purchase a bundle or item that's this heavy before? The sheets weigh almost 4 lbs by themselves. Hope this helps

iloveaerobics @suzywoohoo waaaaay to much. You need to break that down into 4 bundles. Ask the buyer and just deduct the extra shipping from their price. However they cannot “bundle” when they make the purchases. One label = 5 lbs. if you as the seller pay the upgrade - it’s sooooo much more

iloveaerobics @suzywoohoo now I have read that ppl use ship pirate to add postage to their labels and it’s cheaper than going thru the upgrade via poshmark. I haven’t ever done it since I don’t sell much anymore.

iloveaerobics @suzywoohoo if you did that meaning you as the seller upgrading to two 10 lbs - you’d be paying $40 just in excess shipping. You’d need to ask the buyer to pay for four separate listings and then you’d deduct the amount from their total. But I’d look into this ship pirate or you prolly won’t be able to sell it on here. It’s a crappy platform for heavy stuff - better to use eeeeee bayh or something else. Hope that makes sense.

_fashionmaven_ @iloveaerobics Goid morning, I had a similar issue and I’m hoping if you can help. I have a collection of pottery/China. It literally would take 7 boxes of 10 Lbs each to ship. Can I get 7 10lb labels from PM? If so how can I get them? Do I have to do 7 separate listings? Or bundles? I’ve never done a bundle before so I don’t know how to do that either. Otherwise have done many sales but this one has stumped me.

peachy737 What if a item is over $600 dollars and over 10 pounds how dose posh take some of charge or would I still have to pay ? Over or do I get a label for the extra 5 pounds?
