@spalalaboutique What I would suggest first is now that you have your closet compliant, time to work on raising your followers and that means networking, marketing, getting your boutique (name) out there. Use all the social media platforms to market your boutique, Poshmark makes it easy to connect your closet to Pinterest, IG, Twitter, Fb. It's free! Cont.....

Yay! Congrats. I just missed it! Do they normally send out email?? I didn't know about poshfest. I would love fornubto mentor me. I have been a posher for awhile but I don't seems to be able to get many followers. Any tips??

@kneesham Hi, yes they did send emails as well as advertise on all social networks and in the app on the newsfeed. Best way to increase followers is to be VERY active on the app, share share share in the app as well as on all the social networks. Happy Poshing😃

I absolutely loved it!! I have been a bit overwhelmed with the whole working of posh ...I originally linked up to BUY BUY BUY...but my closet went from a closet...to office space to a full on room..to now moving into a 2nd room ...I came to poshfest so I would have a better idea of what the heck I'm doing before I started listing to much and possibly messing it up!! I LOVED POSHFEST!! It was so much more than just learning how to use the site ...so much positive energy...and awesome people!

@bytinavaughns Hi! I took a look at your closet, you have a nice closet overall, I would however suggest adding more listings, that will help with sales. You are gorgeous, you should model your listings (not necessary but you look like a model!) Best advise is to SHARE SHARE SHARE!💗

Hi Kat!! I'm fairly new to posh, I've only been active since February of this year....although I've sold many things, lately I'm lucky if I sell one item every two weeks....i think I have some cute things,and my prices are more than reasonable...Name brand, EUC...some with tags...all posh compliant,any ideas?? I share share share!!! It seems like once I slowed down on buying ,I'm not selling....lol....

@melissacrump Hi Melissa, how are you marketing your closet aside from sharing on the app? Another key component to getting customers is marketing off the app. i.e. social media, Pinterest, Twitter, FB, SnapChat, Instagram, etc. You do have a good closet, I would work on getting people to it.🙌🏼💗

Wow, so ur really a huge influence in the Posh world. I need motivation to to list items. Seems like it takes up so much time. That I don’t have, because I just don’t have the confidence than my stuff will, I need photo lessons signage, things to attract buyers

@jennifer_sasser Hi Jennifer, it absolutely takes time and yes, marketing your closet it very important. A great place to start is by networking on social media, ie Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest etc. Also check out the Poshmark blog. They often have many tips on taking photos, trends and all sorts of great info. You will also find tons of tips on Instagram (follow Poshmark) as well as many photo ideas.😃
