I like the summary but which I had it for reference. I have a million screen shots so I can track trends . Also importantly, my peak viewers and highest point viewers is always wayyyy off because we end our show in the early morning hours (1-3am) . (I know this because I will have 120 viewers at a point but then high peak viewers will say 60 in summary).

So my tracking is inaccurate from the jump. I would like to see a wrap each month. Last night my “month” said February 2025 and had 28 days but my shows showed my January shows all the way to my Jan 25 show hit in February and it didn’t have my bar for Jan 31 / feb 1. Is there a way to separate a show from its day so the numbers remain correct? Thank you. Megan

In the future, it would be great if there could be some way of showing/tracking whose show you sold an item in. As it would not only give you the opportunity to showcase that show host(s) and possibly share their closet, but also to return to their next Posh show(s). Just a suggestion, a possible solution for everyone.

I screen shoot after every show… I don’t know what the total viewers number represents? Is that from all my shows combined for month, it’s certainly not by show!

I would really like to be able to see these summaries in a special section in our account page instead of having to sift through my screenshots. Also like others mentioned, I’d like to have an end of month totals of the shows held in the month regardless if it went over by an hour in to the next month. The shows should be counted by start time and not by end time.

Also if you could I would love to know who is currently in your show. It would be nice to know who is in there, who is buying, and who is lurking. It could be like a little drop-down menu. On the right side in the show where all the other menu options are.

I would love to have a separate notification option for pop up posh show giveaways only. Currently giveaways pop up with other app pop ups and are not their own thing. It would be nice to be able to control those and turn them on or off separately! Especially since so many elements of the app are going to be cheaper to manage by adding AI, please consider letting us make our own choices in more areas!

Exactly we should be able to see our past show performances. This should be tracked. In addition we need better financial metrics to show in general how many gross sales versus net sales dollars etc we’ve made for any given period whether it’s weekly monthly etc. this should be a given and it is very difficult to find and to follow. Please fix this asap. Thanks.

We need an account tab where it saves this for us so we don’t have to screenshot. To allow us to look back and analyze our show progress, all within the Poshmark app.

@dina_fiore I think the "total viewers" stat is for that show - like how many people at some point clicked into your show! they may not have stayed very long, and weren't all there at the same point (so it's different then the "peak viewers") but that's how many unique users clicked into your show at some point.

@archerem25 thank you for explaining, I hope that’s the case, makes me feel a little better ❤️😊… but I watch that number during show, I wish I got that many clicks of people scanning in and out 😉😂… but have never broken the peak 25 consistently and never the 30 mark! Also I will never complain as to how many come, because there’s always sales 😊 and a few new buyers who attend, plus I have my regulars. So I find the number a bit hard to grasp. lol 😁❤️😍🥰🙋🏻♀️Dina

Love Posh- I really really do, but you guys are far behind in this arena of live shows. For instance, our data in general should be available to review weekly- not just stats of sales, but to whom they were sold etc, along with how many people attend our shows so we can analyze trends. Also, launching new initiatives- like the 100 item tray, the posh party lives, and the new "swipe" to bid button creates a ton of glitches without doing some serious beta and A/B testing! Bring me on the team!

Also- I think us live sellers would all love the option to do giveaways for BUYERS ONLY because these general givvies bring a ton of people in for the freebie- then they are gone. Not much incentive to buy, even with free shipping, and that shipping is on US. I use another platform for live selling, and givvies have options- including buyers only. Thank you

I can't believe Pish is unwilling to update their system to be more in tune with today's technology. I love Poshmark but ever since auctions went to anyone I can't do crap on them!!! Poshmark is making enough money to get better technology. Since you are making all that money, why don't you assign team members to assist in getting numbers up in auction. disappointed for justifiable reasons

@qianathegoddess absolutely agree, i have done 6 giveaways so far and only 1 from someone who bought so now i am out shipping plus a free item, it brings people in for giveaway but they don’t stay. I can’t imagine coming in just for a giveaway without buying something so it’s mind boggling so many people do it.

Everyone said it should be in my sales but they’re not. I tried logging out and logging back in, and that didn’t work either. Do you know where these names should be?

@joannsmalltown oh the posh giveaways in shows where your buyer gets a prize and free shipping? You go to your sales and it shows up just like it was a regular sale and you can print the shipping label like you would a regular purchase.

@thedealmama @joannsmalltown Hi deal mama:-) Yes right if you don't know the actual prize you can ask the people that won giveaways(I mess up prizes all the time and have to do that) but for giveaways i usually put the prize in the title so less likely to do that, however if I have given them a choice in prizes then it gets tricky.

@poshpro_megan Same here! On my first and still my first live show the summury showed that I had 125 viewers on my live and I only had no more than 25 viewers joining! So, I believe that they are very very off, but I do hope that they can or will fix this? But, Ty for speaking out about this! Or I wouldn’t have known that this would be an important issue! 💕🙏🏼

I personally don't like live shows, but the last one was great. So I'm not opposed to them. I personally don't want to go live, and maybe get one sale.The other thing is I'm an older person who can handle the app on my computer. But I am at age, that technology is faster than me. My sales have stayed the same pretty much. I don't need to stress over a live show. I enjoy watching the older generation as there, strictly selling. I just like doing it this way, and it works for me.

also suggestion to the live auction. it shows who joined the show, but it doesn't show who actually in it at the moment or when they leave. so sometimes you have several requests and by the time you get to the person who requested something but they already left you waisted time and energy on looking for an item for the person who already left your show

@joannsmalltown yeah that happens, its the risk of doing the giveaways, you hope the person stays and makes a purchase but a lot of people just come in for the giveaway. I would never do that but lots of people do. If you do the giveaway for 1 minute vs 5 or 10 there will be more of a chance that the person that wins the giveaway is one of your buyers, the idea behind the longer times is people will come in for giveaway and stay.

Every time I screenshot my summary it seems to glitch and doesn’t allow me to join the show I’ve sent my viewers to. Not sure if anyone else has that problem but it happens to me every time 😝 my numbers also don’t seem accurate. I’d LOVE to see totals for shared listing amounts sold too. Just my thoughts!

Hi, i do screenshot my shows at the end of them to see how long I was on for and sales etc...Will you be showing me all the shows I have with no sales, no followers and the time I put into my shows..I have many likes but they don't mean anything if no one comes to my shows.I would like some feed back on this. @qianathegoddess BUYERS ONLY option def needed! Some sellers can’t afford the expense, especially if the winner doesn’t purchase anything. Once had a show with giveaway. had 79 people enter & only got 1 sale. I made 8¢ that show. Or an option to select who’s added to a giveaway. sellers could reward their buyers who spend a certain amount.(ex: select buyers who spent $15+) and @poshshowshub can do the random pick. Sorry, I get so excited! 🤩😉

It was more of slugger test run. That posher took her freebie and ran, didn’t even try to bundle lol. That was definitely my last one on here

@poshmark - I find it absolutely insane that I can’t view my live stats if I forget to take a screenshot. I am live 5-6 nights a week and should not have to do my own “research” and track my trends. PLEASE give us analytics like W h a t not. It’s essential for us that report out to partners etc.

@simplyinked I can't tell you how many shows for over 2 to 3 hrs with a giveaway and not a sale.I can not figure it out. I have so many likes, and no one comes.Today as I was going to do my show i fell on the floor I opened the show up as I was on the floor saying i will come back in a hour. I was very sore, but i did the next show i scheduled. OMG , that is a good blooper for Poshmark. I would love to see that show. Hang in their. Don't give up.
