@hms5050 yesterday I did a giveaway- winner got to choose TWO items out of my closet :) she loved it. I still only had 40 people in the room.
After that it dropped to 20 after the giveaway & then down to like 8 😭
I had NWT Activewear, shoes & mens & kids! All starting at $5

@closet_kelly that is a very hard thing to get people into your live shows. The next hardest thing is to get them to stay and buy something. You just have to stick with it and keep trying, or at least that is what I do. Sometimes I sell stuff and sometimes I don't.

I use the same cover shot for my shows and flyers. This way, buyers know when I am live because they recognize the photo. Consistency helps too!

@closet_kelly same girl! Keep showing that Posh love 💕 I’ve had 3 giveaways never bundled anything. I think Posh needs to do giveaways to buyers only. I’m def a giver anyways since I’ve been selling live so even if someone buys one things they get something from me . Could be socks or a pen or something small but it definitely brings people back! Keep shining ✨ friend.

Clean, crisp, white or plain background - natural light helps that photo pop! My fav is a side angle shot of any item to accent lines!

I'm not sure what happened. I was selling things pretty regularly. Then it just came to a stop. I haven't sold anything in at least 2 months or so. I have great reviews and all 5 stars. I was starting to think Poshmark was doing something because I don't do live shows 🤷. I don't want to do live shows. I'm happy popping into them. I share lots of people's closets. I am active here. Not sure what's going on.

@allegretti69 this happened to me as well. I was thinking the same- are they pushing the shows? I don’t do shows either. The majority of my items are NWT but sales have slowed. Also I think it’s their fault for all the giveaway bandits. They promote the giveaways in your feed - anytime someone I follow is doing a giveaway I get a notice. Everyone goes for the giveaway then leaves. I wish their format was more like W h a t N o t sometimes. Both have pros and cons.

As a shopper I’m 100000 times more likely to go into a show when a flyer tells me what I’m going to get - sizes, types of items, starting bids. My own flyer always shares this info! Happy shopping yall 🫶🤩🩷
