kelyeskloset @abstractdreams I did. I had t-shirts that said Poshmark on them. Since it was their trademark I couldn't sell them. I gave them away to my big buyers. I can sell the bags because the word Posh is used in many ways. It's not their trademark.

kelyeskloset @abstractdreams I went back and forth with someone before I had these made. I spent a lot on the T's and didn't want to make that mistake again. I told them my sister who is a patent attny said I could use a single word just not their trademark. It's like saying Pet Pack not being a trade mark for Pet Smart. They understood. I have had 2 parties since then with no problems with compliance.

abstractdreams @kelyeskloset Well good for you!👍🏽I'm just kind of shocked. I'm sure I've seen Poshmark used by other Poshers. What gives? Could be they just didn't ask. I'd hate to think Posh was allowing use selectively. If I decide to proceed, I'll ask for sure!❣
