shippee77 I just got word that I may have accidentally sent you the wrong item. I feel terrible and I’m working on rectifying it right now. I’ve never done this before. Could you let me know ASAP when you open package if it’s a pair of shorts and not your sweater? Again I sincerely apologize.

msjones_bw @shippee77 hi there. It looks like your package arrived at our post office yesterday. I’ll go by Thursday to pick it up and will let you know if it’s the wrong item. Did you sort out with Poshmark how best to exchange them? Are they going to send us new shipping labels? Did the gal who received my sweater confirm receipt and agree to ship back?

msjones_bw @shippee77 hi. Poshmark said they released payment to you for the sweater I bought from you despite you reporting I didn’t receive it. They will not give me a shipping label to return the wrong item which is odd. They said I couldn’t request one until I opened it up to confirm and then when I made it to post office they said it was too late. I will ship the wrong item back to you —-at my cost. Will you please ship the sweater I bought and paid for to me at your cost. Thanks so much.
