NWT never used. Portofino by Regal Home Collections jacquard panel with attached fringed valance in a pretty shade of light blue green color. Hard to capture the actual color on picture. So beautiful and elegant!!! Scalloped valance has fringes as well as another layer of sheer crinkled solid colored fabric. Width 54in length 84in. Priced for a pair .1st & last photo is of another color but similar style just to show how it looks when hung.
