Portmeirion Pottery Douglas Perfumer 21 & 23 London 8" Plate An unusual, hard to find pottery plate. It measures 8 1/4" in diameter. The bback is marked "Portmeirion Pottery, Stoke-on-Trent, Made in England". It has a fine, all over crazing but no chips or cracks. There is also some light discoloration on the front and a few spots of staining on the back. Over all good vintage condition and very charming.
