These Porter Collective pull on style pants have a super stretchy waist band that measures from 15”unstretched to 22” when stretched. The inseam is 28”. The pretty belt is made of cotton with nylon tassels and wooden beads. Worn maybe a handful of times, and in excellent condition. Made in Italy. Tag says hand wash, but I have washed these inside out in the machine on delicate with no issues, without belt of course) Very nice quality cotton/spandex fabric.
