how does this device work?does it clear up cigarettes and cigar smoke??? I need something strong and powerful

@anterazorsoccer This does not have a HEPA filter. it's designed to draw in air with the fan and then UV light kills germs bacteria viruses etc before releasing clean air back in the room. I don't smoke, so I am not sure how strong it is in that regard. It would seem this one is more geared towards killing germs than removing odors.
