Bought at Anthropologie and in excellent used condition with no signs of wear, this skirt has a "paper bag" waist that is also elasticized, so it stays put. Very well made little piece of clothing here, with two sizable pockets and a tie belt. 85% cotton/15% linen Midi length, 24" from waist.
