Porcelain Welch Figurine with Purple and Red Details

Charming Welch porcelain figurine of a man with detailed design. Features purple pants and reddish orange accents on the jacket cuffs. One small chip that I can tell on the right cuff (in photos) These figurines (I have two, one man and one woman) have been in my family for decades.
