Popsugar gathered waist/tie front top

Popsugar gathered waist/tie front top New with tags, never worn. I bought a few tops several months ago and never wore them so I’m getting rid of what I haven’t worn. Approx 16” across chest area and 24” from shoulder seam to bottom. Gathering at waist and the tie front is adjustable. The shade/color of the shirt is closest to the pics laying flat. Added measurements so anyone can compare against their favorite fitting top/shirt. Please keep in mind when making offers, sellers make 20% less than what offers are along with paying shipping discounts so not trying to be rude not taking all offers but for brand new clothes, or almost brand new clothes, some offers just can’t be taken - I’d rather keep clothes stored away than lose so much from what I paid.
