Poppy print toddler dress

Only worn once for special occasion and everyone raved about how adorable it was! Gauzy pastel pink, purple, and orange poppy print with white lining. Smocking detail around neckline (front and back) and button up back. Elastic inside the sleeves makes the sleeves puffy when worn. Just needs a good steaming, but the dress is in excellent used condition with no known stains or flaws.
