Popeye Costume | Size 3t- 4t

Adorable Popeye kids costume in size 3t-4t. Please review all images. Costume had a small smudge in front and some fraying inside but not noticeable from the outside. Pants were "hemmed" with painters tape. Can simply remove to make shorter/longer. Best costume and had all the compliments.
