Popcorn Halloween costume top skirt for women or teen.

Top is a Gildan T-shirt unisex size small so it’s pretty roomy. It does have some discoloration around the collar even though it was warn once. Some of the “popcorn” needs to be glued back on as can be seen in the video. I just used gorilla glue. Some “popcorn” have also fallen off so some might need to be added. They are just crushed paper painted yellow. The red stripes on the skirt are hand painted which can be seen in the pic. It’s a size M. Waist is 16 1/2 inches wide and a little over 18 inches long. It’s made of a thicker t-shirt type material and stretches. Please feel free to reach with questions!!
