This dress is brand new w tags. It is absolutely beautiful for that girly girl! It features rose gold sequins from the waist up and ivory tulle from the waist down. There are sparkles in the tulle as well. The shoulders also feature tulle w sparkles. There is a light pink/ivory satin bow in the center. Back zipper closure. Sooo beautiful!!
