A lovely pair of black buckle boots, would look great for any outfit. Change it up by pairing them with a cute dress. They have two buckles, and feature a distressed look. These are brand new with original box, and have never been worn outside. I puchased them online, but was sent the wrong size. Also they were sent to me with the scuffs as pictured in the last photo.
