Pookie & Sebastian hunter green dress size S

Dress is fully lined with waist tie. Size its Small and its true to size. I wear size M or 4-6 and the dress its too small for me. It would fit up to 34-36C Cup I would guess. Its mini dress but not super short I am 5’3”
