Poofy Burgundy dress with attached vest, 2T

This dress is darling! Two layers of very ruffled material to give the skirt lots of poof. Attached vest sewn on shoulder seams and has a very thick sash that ties in the back. I loved doing a big knot for looks. Great condition #1
