Poncho! Black and white. Big chunky knit. No tag. White silvery buttons on the front. A slit up the side for your hands. from side to side on the collar is 8 inches. I from the top of the collar to the slit is 22 inches. From the slip on one side to the slit on the other side is 38 inches.  From the top of the color to the bottom hem is 28 inches. No snacks, rips, or tears. Nice chunky and warm.
