Pomellato Narcisco Vintage Ring. Size 54. This ring is not from a current Pomellato collection, I purchased it in 2007. From what I can determine online, it is the Narcisco ring, sandblasted rose gold with smokey quartz stone. The ring is in very good condition and comes with original Pomellato ring case and Pomellato box. I am the original purchaser and owner.
