sparks5279 Tcabbadate, It is sad that it took 3 or 4 business days after I purchased this coat from you - you cancel my order without so much as an email to apologize for the lack of service. As a business person, I would expect you to value your customers and communicate promptly when an issue arises. I hope no one treats you the way you treat your customers because this kind of service is frustrating and unacceptable. You need to do better if you want to maintain trust and loyalty in your business
