inseam measurements please also what kind of stains are those ink or somthn else and is it removable?

@satown72 Hi there! These are a 9-inch inseam. I’m not sure what the stains are, but I’ll accept any offer because they’re not in amazing condition! I will say we haven’t tried bleaching them at all, but I’m sure that would help!
