This is an antique Polo Bar Lighter C-1920-Petrol made in England between 1920-1930. These petrol and flint lift arm lighters were the must have accessories during that period. This example has an engine turned finish with a Deco .otif. Please note that these lighters are collectors pieces and are not dispatched with fuel or flints to adhere to shipping regulations.
