Good condition, lightly used. It's a little wrinkled at the bottom as I would tuck it into pants. But, it looks great worn untucked too, as it has a gusseted shirttail hem. Stored and kept clean. Sizing: I'm 5'6", 140 lbs. This shirt fits a little snug in the shoulders, and just a little tight around the neck when fully buttoned. Since it is a small, I'd say that it fits true to size.
