Polly Flinders vintage (70s/ 80s) blue micro floral long sleeve prarie/ cottage-style dress with pink smocking at chest. Material is a cotton/ poly blend poplin-like fabric with no stretch. Puff shoulders with elastic cuffs. Double white collar with lace trim. 3 button closure on back. Ruffle hem. Size 6X. Approximate (unstretched) flat lay measurements:  Chest, pit to pit: 14"  Waist, across front: 19.5"  Length, shoulder to hem down front: 24.5"  Condition: There is some loose stitching at the front left collar & very slight discoloration on the back of the collar--see final 2 photos.
