sissynyc2019 @hannahpotts456 I would say the heel is about 4-5 inches but it does not feel high at all. The heel is wider so you can walk very comfortably. I think any Fluevog shoe with a heel deserves at least a half size up. The toe bed is narrower and you can allow yourself more comfort this way.
