Polka-dot miniskirt

Like-new (worn once) black miniskirt with white polka dots. Size small (would best fit a 4-6). Zips up the back. I’m 5’6” and this falls to mid-thigh on me. Ruffled hem and ruffle down the left side. Lined. Too small for me now ☹️. No discernible flaws.
