Polka-dot Floral Hi-Low Skirt

Super fun high low skirt. Black with tiny white polkadot and pretty floral all over. The fabric is a fluttering chiffon and lined with a black underskirt. I am just unfortunately too short and refuse to wear heels ;) to keep it from getting dragged. Approx front length 22" Approx back length 42"
