Polkadot Circle Skirt

This vintage inspired full circle skirt is an off white/cream color with small black polka dots and buttons down the front. And it has pockets! Would be super cute with a crinoline underneath for a pinup look or just worn as is. Bought from Uniqlo a couple of years ago but only worn once.
