Polka dotted California 89 ribbon tied pajama pants

Very sweet pajama pants by the brand CA 89. I believe they are for children but I got them when I was a preteen. Found only in Lake Tahoe/ Truckee California. Tied with a white ribbon and in good condition. Well loved so there is pilling and a bit worn (pricing reflects this). Red with white polka dots
