Polka dot white black 80s teacher secretary dress

Vintage dress, probably from the 80s by Charlee Allison size 11/12, 100% polyester. Very good condition, has all buttons and original belt. One belt loop needs to be stitched back in and there is a little yellowing on part of the color (see photos).
