Polka dot silk blouse with ruffles, size medium. Very good vintage condition!

Gorgeous vintage, custom-made silk blouse with wired double ruffle accent on collar, across chest and on sleeve cuffs. The body is silk, and the lining is polyester. Off-white base with large black polkadots can be worn in or out. What an unusual, fun, dramatic piece!! Only one small call out shown in the last pic: two tiny spots I did not notice until measuring under bright light. But this is definitely in superb condition for a vintage custom piece. Measurements laying flat: Pit to pit 20” Shoulder to bottom 26” There is no size marked, but I am marking it a medium. It might fit up to a size 12 - see measurements.
