Polka dot prom dress

Super cute aqua/turquoise with black polka dots, street length prom dress. This was my daughters and I think it's even more on trend now than it was. Polka dots are so in as well as the black net drop hem. 15" pit to pit. Black band measures 14". 33" from top of bust to bottom of dress. Not including ruffled edge. Fully lined. Worn once. Open to reasonable offers.EUC mannequin is too busty for this dress, hence not able to zip all the way up.
