Polka dot peplum dress

The bodice & peplum are black with green polka dots. The waistband and skirt are solid black. The pattern goes all the way around the front and back. Made of a very stretchy material, fits like a 6-8. Hits a couple inches above the knee. Cute for work! Comes in black/green (size 6) and black/white (size 8).
