Polka dot white, purple, and black pants. Baggy style. Has pockets! Elastic waistband is stretchy with a decorative tie. Elastic at the ankles as well. No size tag - I’d guess S/M. Bought at a market in NYC. Flat lay measurements: Waist 14-22” Waist to ankles 39” Inseam 27” 96% polyester, 4% elasthane. Machine washable
