Polka dot dress by ModCloth - Size S

Cute black with white polka dot dress in great condition. I purchased it on sale/no returns from ModCloth a couple of years ago. I almost wore it once (hence the tags removed) but it was too snug in the bust and I didn't feel comfortable wearing it. I haven't worn it since. As with other items in my closet, I've held on to it for too long. It's in great condition.
