Polka dot deep v neck, empire waist. Forever 21

EUC, Polk a dot top, empire waist, flares out at bottom, sits just below waist. Very deep v neck, I usually pair with a tank top (but if you're well endowed should be fine...I'm not lol) three buttons on waist band for extra added cuteness. The fabric tag is worn off but I'm thinking a rayon, poly, spandex blend it does have some stretch ✌️❤️
