Polka dot button up retro dress

Cute neutral colors dress, never been worn. It has pockets! It’s button up all the way down the front. The main reason I haven’t worn it is the front has a bow you have to tie and I get annoyed with things around my neck. My loss is your gain for the cutest dress around!
