Polka dot blouse

This blouse is so cute the bottom of the sleeves are flared out which it makes it look classy. The color makes it look vibrant. Very cute to wear on a date or to go out with friends. It’s kinda cropped but not completely you can easily wear this with high waisted pants or a skater skirt.
